As the weather gets hotter, it’s a great chance to prepare your favorite summer dishes. Anything involving corn, fresh catch, grilled meats…go for it. But what wine should be enjoyed with dishes like these? It can vary, depending on what you put out on the table. The key, though, is to find something nice and light to compliment your seasonal preparations.
